The jötnar of jötunheimr live only for the battle-lust that descends upon them when their hammers pulp bones and their nostrils smell blood. Armoured lightly, infused with the strength and the power of the mountains they call home, they often accompany the trolls and the smaller jötnar into battle, revelling in the destruction they can cause, yearning for an enemy large enough to boast about killing.
