The western borders of the Jutes end at the isle of Wiht, from where Arwald rules for his King. Wiht is where the Jutes first built the grave-barrows and tomb-mounds that hold their legions of the dead, creating enormous catacombs from the natural rock formations and caverns that hold their own dangers - not least the incredibly powerful barrow spiders and manasceancan, the many-legged monsters of earth and soil - that ultimately became allies.
