The Mound Beetles are a great foil for their much larger friend, too, for while they're smaller (on 80mm bases) they still pack a powerful punch! Based on the stag beetles of nature, these guys can be very nasty indeed and, as they're beetles, they can all fly - which is why you can see Thacaldān's wings!
