It is said that the first Wyvern was born from a dragon egg contaminated by the God Melmor. From that egg was born a dragon-like winged creature, with no arms and the ability to speak, pure instinct and ferocity. Very territorial monsters, the wyverns are hunted by the ambitious adventurers because of their precious scales and the Draconic Blood used to create powerful alchemical concoctions. Throughout history many have died trying to tame the wyverns and only the strongest among the people of Dragonpeaks have succeeded.
