The Cursed Herd are but one of many within the heart-woods and the dark-vales and the deep-caves, but in time they will conquer the world, so goes the reckoning, for their numbers - despite the waste in lives through their rampaging and despoiling and infighting - seem without end: a true horde of hoof and horn, an unceasing bestial tide of blood and slaughter driven by a thist to conquer that is unquenchable. For lesser herds are drawn to the Cursed Herd all the more as its dark renown grows: the promise of meat and battle and infamy is a potent one, as is the instinctive knowledge that the lands of the humans are there for the taking, especially with the power wielded by the cursed ones, for it is given by Baalor himself.
