We said we'd never do it again; but times, they are-a changing, and we have to change with them. With the current tariffs / customs duties issues for our overseas customers, we thought it would be a good thing to allow all you fanatical Miercenaries the opportunity to grab the digital files for our miniatures again. So here they are, in a special Darklands Digital page, until next Friday only!

How does it work?

All you have to do is purchase the digital version from the Darklands Digital page and you'll get an e-mail with the download link. Please pay attention to the terms and conditions!

What about the Future?

We have already seen a drop in US Miercenary sales because of the new tariffs, and many of you European Miercenaries simply cannot afford the onerous customs duties added to your bills; and we have slowly come around to the view that you guys outside the UK need some love where we can provide it. So here is that love, albeit temporarily, because we are not sure if we'll keep doing it, or whether you guys still want the digital files at all! So this offer will end on Friday, and I really do not have any idea what's going to happen in the near future.

That's because it remains to be seen whether the situation with the tariffs to the USA ease or if de minimis is reinstated, although once governments start taking money from you, they really don't like to stop doing so (I would remind you that tax is always a ‘temporary measure’ until it isn't). It is also interesting that there are no tariffs on digital goods... yet! But let's not invoke that, hey?

So, make hay while you can, I'll keep the files up there until next Friday, and maybe after that I will think more about offering digital files on a permanent basis and maybe even another subscription per month. Let's see what the interest is - so if you want our miniatures digitally, get downloading!

Note, here, for those not digitally inclined; we are thinking of introducing a tariff-buster where if you are hit by tariffs or duties, we'll go someway towards reimbursing you with store credit. There is no way on this earth we'll register to pay tax on your behalf in the EU or the US though. They definitely don't need any more help to spaff our money away.

Please note that not every single file has been uploaded to the webstore yet, although the most popular have been; if you don't get an e-mail with the links immediately, we'll get them uploaded for you just as soon as we can (which may be the next day if it's overnight for us). Then you'll get another notification. We'll get to your files just as soon as we can if you purchase anything that hasn't been uploaded yet - please be patient while we do so!
