Amongst the strangest and stealthiest of creatures, Syfaddon is an afanc, a monstrous denizen of the lakes and ponds of Powys that hides unseen - until likely victims pass by, whereupon the great strength in his long limbs propels him out of the water and upon them, deadly beak clacking and claws slashing. In Darklands, an afanc can Scout in any shallow water terrain and Ambush your enemies, so he's certainly useful to keep your enemies on their toes! Sculpted by Bob Płociennik from the artwork by Carlos Amaral, and painted superbly by Graham Shirlie, Syfaddon stands on a 100mm base and is around 78mm tall.
