King Drungvandel thinks he is the undisputed lord of Swartwood and anyone wishing to live in or pass through the forest must pay proper tribute to the Troll King or be eaten. Thanks to their great sense of smell, trolls can sense anyone who enters their territory, after which few dare try to escape. The ill-fated, brought before the king, must deliver as tribute the most valuable thing with them at that moment to satisfy Drungvandel's greed.
