All you need to do is purchase one monstrous item from the 2 for 1 Kickstarter item category, and when you go through the basket simply input which free monstrous item you'd like in the "special instructions" box. The only qualifications for the free monstrous item is that it must be a monster or monstrous infantry item, either in that 2 for 1 kickstarter category or from our existing ranges. Note that if you've purchased an RRP Difference item you can only choose your free item from the 2 for 1 Kickstarter item category. Regardless of all that, you can purchase as many monstrous items as you'd like and you'll still get a free monstrous item for each one - stock willing, of course!

If you didn't know already, we've got lots of miniatures in the pipeline for our various Kickstarter projects that haven't been fulfilled yet. Lots of these Kickstarter miniatures have been produced and released, of course - well over 1,000 of them! - but there's lots more to come, too, so we thought we'd give people the opportunity to pre-order said miniatures and get a great deal at the same time.

If you're a Kickstarter backer and have already purchased one of these units at its Kickstarter price, don't worry - we're extending this offer to you, too, as long as you make up the difference between their kickstarter price and their eventual retail price. What could be fairer? Just head on over to the Kickstarter RRP Difference category and purchase one of those RRP Difference items, and then choose your free item as normal. However, you can only choose kickstarter items if you purchase an RRP Difference item - not monsters or monstrous infantry from our existing ranges.

Firstly, please bear in mind that you're purchasing Kickstarter items and so there will be a delay in sending them to you - they are not yet ready to be produced (simply because they're either not yet sculpted, not yet printed or not yet moulded)! As long as you understand that, please go ahead and order anything you want. Secondly, in most cases you're seeing artworks; the sculptor hasn't sculpted them yet, so you'll see what he has to work from. Even so, check out the name of the sculptor we're going to use, and you'll see that the miniatures are going to be amazing!

It depends on the item itself; they all have a production schedule - i.e., when we believe production will begin - but that could slip depending on various factors. What we're saying to you is this - be patient! We do always get there in the end.

Please bear in mind that promotions like this quickly strip the stock that we hold, if you're choosing free monstrous items from our existing ranges, so we do ask that you remain patient while we sort your order out. We can never tell, really, which miniatures are popular from one promotion to the next!
