Some great stuff. I particular like the three guardsmen in the top picture and the nobleman holding the chest under his right arm.
The guardsmen would look great lined up against the gnolls.

Thanks, Grefven!
Here's a large diorama I put together. I hope you guys like it! It includes an outside castle/town area and two dungeons! - (1) a catacombs infested with undead; and (2) a tomb (ROTA entrance) with a demonic sorcerer summoning demons. One last thing - let's see if Law recognizes something from the pics!

Thanks, Andy. They do indeed look great on the table!
Re: Darklands and Other Models
Fock me, that is one of the coolest thing I've ever seen. I'd totally LOVE to use that as a gaming table, so many, many, endless possibilities. Great stuff, man. Very inspiring.
Re: Darklands and Other Models
If I had a gaming room that awesome, I would never leave. Thank you for sharing it!

Re: Darklands and Other Models
@grefven Thank you kindly, my good man. I am fortunate my wife let's me get away with taking up so much space with my "toys", as she puts it.
@razormage I appreciate the kind words. As a boy, I wanted a game room like this. As an adult, I have been blessed to actually have this game room...alas, if only I had the copious amounts of time I used to have as a kid to thoroughly enjoy it.
@darthmarsh Thanks. I like it as well.
Here are some more Bohun Otherworld Henchmen. Every good adventuring group needs a torch bearer and a pack mule, not to mention a henchman female warrior with a crossbow!

Thx a lot for taking the effort of posting these pictures! Very inspiring. Have Bohun change his painting style a bit? The last pieces seems more settled, not that crazy (but interesting) contrasts and colours?

Re: Darklands and Other Models
@Sorn, yeah, I like his "new" style. For me it has never a question of Bohun's skills because they are amazing, but I never actually liked his painting style. Now, on the other hand, he still have a lot of interesting glazes and changes in colour, but as you said more toned down. I really like that change!
Re: Darklands and Other Models
Here's a group shot of villagers with their completed bases. Before anyone complains about how simple the bases are, please know that I specifically wanted them to be this simple because I want to use these models both in inside and outside environments, and I wanted them to generally match my other Bohun models.
Re: Darklands and Other Models
They are way better than Seb's simple bases!
Re: Darklands and Other Models
Amazing work!
Re: Darklands and Other Models
Both paintjobs are brilliant.
Re: Darklands and Other Models
SORN - WOW!!!!
That is some incredible work you have there. I especially like how you set up little vignettes within the larger scene. The houses and landscape are terrific.
I too build dioramas - not for gaming - but for my own ersatz art. Could I ask you some questions about resources for some of these items and tips?

Those Seb paint jobs are fantastic. Uhtred is just right, down to the colour of the cloak! I'll stick my neck out and say your Vithar is an improvement on the official Mierce one. I do prefer Sebs work to Martin's. It a matter of taste of course.
Rollo is also superb. The character in that face is just amazing.

Re: Darklands and Other Models
Crazy freehand. The only one that doesn't look quite right is the bearded guy in hat, holding an axe to his right shoulder, in green trousers. Those trousers doesn't look good at all. It could be the picture, but the green is so overwhelming it distracts from everything else and completely ruin the otherwise awesome paintjob (the skin and shirt look great!). But no, those pants makes me feel like being high on acid.
But yeah, great stuff as expected.

@AndyS They are in Rob's collection because my name is Rob in RL.

Beautiful stuff as always. While I do really love these guys work, it would also be rather awesome to see some other painters having a go at some, too.
Re: Darklands and Other Models
Great to see these guys as a group.
They rally can be used as product photos for mierce!
