Allied commands, some queries

Probably some simple rules ive overlooked, but these did raise a few questions during our last game (the force used was a vras host with ysian allies)

1 - When a general is fleeing can an allied noble/commander be a stand in general for the turn initiative test or does it have to be the highest acuity/authority unit leader in the main kindred contingent if the main kindred has no remaining nobles/commanders?

2 - Can an ally commander become a replacement general if the general from the parent host dies.

3 - Can ally commands have a higher authority than the generals command (not counting independent characters/sell swords)

Nope, only commanders that aren't allies. See p39, Replacement Generals.

No. Again, see p39.

No. This is in the muster rules - "Allies are mustered as a command in exactly the same way as other commands within a host and form an allied command". See p11 of the muster rules.

Cheers
