I have actually put in £30 today, in a vague hope.
I think the uncertainty is about accommodation and if it is going to go ahead and the booking prices + chance of getting money back, because it becomes more expensive nearer the date.

Yeah, was a very good game and I agree that those rolls were unlucky, would probably have swung the other way if they had been passed. My only bad luck was the Augur drune blowing up on a 70 temper shrive, but I'm notorious for that and it didn't matter much in the end, either. The mantichora was do...

Yeah, that's a big vulnerability, playing this way.

For Khthones I've also made some suggestions myself, like making use of stoskoular which have unseen and can emerge behind the lines to get at the sorcerers. Or maybe waiting till my casters are vulnerable and getting a low temper one with a spell like Fuse. My list was: War Drune (general) Host com...

My Ysians are on a grasslands /heather and slate/rocks style. My Albainn are on grassy and heather, sort of plain, with a few rocks under a lightish snowfall effect. My Khthones I'm thinking barren, dusty rocklands, with some occasional muddy pools and maybe the odd bit of ruined temple sticking out...
