Re: Lessons learned from KS 2?
yeah, just two quick things - as i've stated, this was a very successful KS and i love the stuff i've got and the art and sculpt quality of the mierce line is amazing and diverse ;). this thread was started at rob's request for feedback on improvements, and that's all it's meant to be. it doesn't me...

Re: Lessons learned from KS 2?
the first thing, this wasn't/isn't meant to be soul crushing or anything like that. the #1 result here is you've run a 2nd successful kickstarter and will be creating a whole line of new items. again, these are just some things i saw that could be improved (and i don't know everything there is to kn...

I sent a pm to mierce when they asked, but here a few new points: (again, loyal customer, please take this as constructive, as that's how it's meant and this was a successful KS). KICKSTARTER ISSUES -you should have added about 5-7 more hours. ending at 2pm on a thursday when people in the US are wo...

yeah, it seems like right now the order system isn't all the useful. most people just seem to sit on attack all game. it seems like if the system is going to use an orders system, the orders need to matter (or be differentiated) a lot more than they currently are.
maybe i'm playing it wrong.

I don't care all that much, but those D10's really aren't anything special, and they don't even come close to the concept art. It would have been much better to cost check before promising them to everyone.

Darklands Kickstarter forum badges
Is there a way to give the KS backers a badge. Reaper did it, but with 17k backers or whatever it's a bit of who cares. battlefoam is the best hands down. they have a factory in the UK now, not sure on pricing... if not that, sabol foam is second KR foam is REALLY weak/flimsy. since the value of the minis is so high, i'll probably do custom cut trays, but to save money i'll do GW size (vs BF size, it's about half the...
